ASSURANCE KITS
Use one, two or all three: each kit stands alone, and each builds on the last.
01 · CHECKS IT · QUALITY FROM THE FIRST CHECK
Right kind. Right count. Right condition.
A requisition says what’s needed. MAK verifies that the materiel supplied against it meets expectations for kind, count and condition, so problems are caught before materiel reaches the operational location.
Request MAK| REQUISITION SAYS | MAK FINDS | ||
|---|---|---|---|
| Kind | Item requisitioned | = | Item supplied |
| Count | Quantity requisitioned | = | Quantity counted |
| Condition | Condition required | = | Condition observed |
Results are keyed to the requisition document number, so DAK and RAK work from materiel that was right from the start.
02 · PROVES IT · PROOF AT THE POINT OF RECEIPT
What shipped. What arrived. Verified.
The shipping documents say what was shipped; the receiving unit sees what arrived. DAK is an expeditionary kit that inventories each shipment at the receiving location and validates its contents against them.
Request DAKMAK-validated materiel is inventoried at the point of delivery, assuring received materiel aligns with expectations.
03 · KEEPS IT · ACCOUNTABILITY FROM THE FIRST COUNT
What arrived. What’s on hand. Ready.
Every inventory has to start somewhere. RAK can start the recipient’s from any existing count, and starts strongest from a DAK-validated receipt: what physically arrived becomes the beginning inventory of materiel.
Request RAKStarting from a DAK-validated count means the recipient’s on-hand record begins with verified materiel instead of a fresh inventory, in the same record that tracked it from requisition.
