Problem: A system owner needed to deploy a microservices-based system on air-gapped devices, where installs normally require skilled technicians.

What A3 did: We designed and built a modular installation approach that lets end users install the system without technical training, and supports multiple system configurations from a single package.

Result: Install time dropped from hours to minutes, installs no longer depend on specialists, and the owner can now offer configurations tailored to different customers and missions.

Problem: A maintenance organization standing up a new shop to repair military equipment needed to source the tools and equipment to outfit it.

What A3 did: We qualified existing and new suppliers against the customer’s performance, schedule and budget requirements, inspected every item for kind and condition, at A3 or at the supplier, packaged and arranged every shipment to assure error-free, on-time delivery.

Result: New equipment and tooling arrived faster than expected, and in the condition the customer required for their new maintenance facility.

Problem: An operations team needed to shorten the time required to establish a maintenance capability for new systems in their fleet.

What A3 did: We identified commercially available storage systems that can be custom-configured to hold a wide variety of parts, then designed and built a configuration tool and methodology to plan each layout before installation.

Result: Custom-configured containers, preloaded with parts, ready for use the minute they arrive.
